1. Overview
We sell both digital downloads and physical products.
Please read this policy carefully before purchase.

2. Digital Products
• Digital items are not returnable once delivered.
• Digital products include wallpapers, videos, printable art, and downloadable files.
• Once a download link is sent or access is granted, no returns are possible because digital products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.
• Refunds may be issued only in limited cases where there was a technical error in delivery or duplicate purchase, at our discretion.

3. Physical Products (if applicable)
• Physical items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
• A store credit or exchange may be offered instead of a refund.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a defective or wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide your order number and photos showing the issue.
• We will replace the item or issue a refund after review.

5. Requesting a Refund
• Contact us at the support email on your receipt.
• Include your order number and issue description.
• We review refund requests within 3 business days.

6. Refund Processing
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time depends on your payment provider.

7. No Returns After Download
• Digital products cannot be returned once delivered or downloaded.
• This is because digital files remain accessible once sent.
